Chris Page is a British broadcast meteorologist and scientist based in the East of England, born and raised in Norwich. Chris graduated from the University of Reading in 2011 with a Physical Geography degree before qualifying as a meteorologist at the Met Office. It was here, he learnt how to forecast for a number of industries before focusing on public weather and the media. Chris currently presents the weather for ITV regional news, primarily ITV Anglia.
Chris joined ITV in 2017 and presents regularly alongside ITV News Anglia presenters Becky Jago and David Whiteley. He brings his wide knowledge in meteorology and climate to his broadcasts both in the studio and on location. These have included forecasts from Latitude Festival, scout camps, whilst sailing, inside a lambing shed and speeding down a zip wire.
During his time with ITV, Chris has forecast the weather for a number of important events. Notably the Beast from the East in 2018, which brought exceptionally low temperatures to the UK and widespread disruptive snowfall. The record extreme heatwave in 2022 where temperatures exceeded 40C for the first time in UK history.
Chris is known for his warm, approachable and well natured personality, which compliments his strong ethos and can-do attitude. From large scale event hosting, both in person and online to climate and weather talks for smaller groups of adults or children, he is exceptionally adaptable to any task.
When Chris isn't in front of the camera, he treasures spending quality time with his family and friends. A true adventurer at heart, he loves exploring new places and discovering hidden gems, always on the lookout for great food to indulge in. Chris’s fun personality and caring nature shine through in everything he does. He believes in staying active and enjoys keeping fit, often visiting the gym to maintain his well-being. Whether he's sharing laughs with loved ones or setting off on a new adventure, Chris embraces life with enthusiasm and warmth.
